OUR MISSION
The Office of Student Success Services is a student-centered team that provides the College’s talented and diverse students coaching, programs, referrals, and support to help them persist and graduate.
OS3 strives to provide all students with excellent advising, coaching and support services designed to help them be increasingly responsible and autonomous adults. The program is grounded in:
- An understanding of the developmental needs of the student throughout the college experience.
- The importance of collaboration and active engagement on the part of all individuals involved in the student’s education.
- The value of the breadth and depth of a liberal arts education.
ADVISING
Advisors teach students how to make the most of their college experience. We work with students to answer their questions, help them become independent learners and connect them to resources.
